Generosity in Action: Danos Foundation Online Auction Raises $20,178

Auction Donation

The Danos Foundation’s much-anticipated online auction has concluded, and this year’s event was a tremendous success. Held from November 15 to 30, the auction brought together supporters from the Danos Foundation community, all for a great cause.

This year’s auction featured 79 unique items and experiences generously donated by individuals and organizations within Danos, PES and surrounding communities. From exclusive hunting trips to one-of-a-kind art pieces, there was something to capture the interest of every bidder. Highlights included a River Cruise on the Creole Queen, a Bourgeois Meat Market Smokehouse Pack, Wheel-thrown pottery, a Redfish/Speckled trout fishing trip and the most coveted item, Whoopie Pies homemade by Miss Emerson Danos, daughter CEO of Danos Ventures, Eric Danos.

Record-Breaking Participation and Funds Raised

The event saw a record number of participants, with over 609 bids placed. The excitement was palpable as supporters competed for their favorite items, driving up the bids and surpassing all expectations. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, the auction raised a total of $20,178.

The Danos Foundation extends its deepest gratitude to everyone who contributed to the auction’s success—from donors to participants and volunteers. Your support is the driving force behind our purpose to Honor God and develop great people to solve big challenges for our communities.
