Mosaic of Generosity: Small Acts, Big Impact

At first glance, a single photo might seem like a simple moment in time, just as a single act of generosity—a small donation or helping hand—might appear insignificant on its own. But when you step back and take a broader view, the picture changes. Imagine a mosaic made of thousands of small, individual photos. Up close, they seem random, but together, they create something beautiful—a work of art that wouldn’t exist without each tiny piece.

The same is true of generosity in our community. Every act, no matter the size, contributes to a larger story. Since the inception of the Foundation just seven years ago, we have given over $2 million to support our colleagues and the communities where we live and work. This is more than giving—it’s about investing in lives and offering a hand-up to those in need.

This year, we launched ROOTS, a program offering learning opportunities and experiences focused on building strong families. ROOTS is a testament to what we can achieve when we come together with a shared mission to create opportunities that strengthen families, build lasting connections and have a generational impact. We’re encouraged by the participation in its inaugural year and look forward to unveiling even more opportunities in 2025.

Generosity isn’t measured by size but by its ability to inspire and create change. Each contribution, no matter how small, becomes part of something bigger—something that wouldn’t be possible without every single one of us showing up.
