Honor God. Develop great people to solve BIG challenges for our customers and COMMUNITIES.

COMMUNITIES … what does that mean to the Danos team, and how are we solving BIG challenges in that area? 

Eight years ago, employees started the Danos Foundation to answer that very question. And eight years later, we have been able to impact thousands of lives through our GIVES, WORKS and CARES programs.

Our Foundation team recently did a review of those lives touched and then considered the impact we could have over the next eight years by focusing on solving BIG challenges within our internal community—a 12,000-member community when considering our 3,000 Danos employees plus partners and children. What a huge challenge, but what a tremendous opportunity!

The result is a team that will focus on finding and developing solutions to challenges that we all face within the Danos team. We will continue with our established GIVES, WORKS and CARES programs. But we will consider a new program with solutions focused on caring for and building strong families within our Danos team.
